Okay....I have been hassled to organise the next meet so here it is...

I propose to organise in about 2 weeks time on a Sunday Morning a blast down to the coast for some Breakfast. The meeting place is JCT 4 of the M25 at a petrol station on the A21 ( aprox 1 mile from actual M25..easy to find). The route down to the coast will be decided later but it will be twisty and mostly in national speed limits !The destination , I promise you is the best breakfast cafe in the world. The drive takes about 1.5 hrs and is usually not a slow, lets look at the scenery affair !!!Depending on numbers the driving will continue accross the countryside to Rye near Hastings and the wonderful Camber.

Anyway , if you fancy it then reply to this and I`ll e Mail everyone direct to get an idea of numbers.

I have also notified the supra owners club.

EH http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/confused.gif?

Since when has there been a Petrol Station on the A21 1 mile from the M25? That is unless your talking about the old A21 near Orpington...

The first station that you meet after leaving the M25 ON the A21 heading south is a small Shell garage in Pembury Woods/Castle Hill, on the single caridgeway bit between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

Sorry can't make it myself - no longer live down that way (Parents do) but I'm trying to work out where you mean...

Scott.T 27 April 2000 07:52 AM

I'm up for the meeting, but I'm also unsure of the location. The A21 'Hastings' junction on the M25 is Junction 5. Junction 4 is the A21 North to Bromley.

There is a layby (with BT Phone Box) on the A21 about 3 miles down from the M25 (after the Sevenoaks turning). There is also a Picnic site next to the Layby incase too many cars turn up, we can overspill into that.

The other good meeting place on the A21 is the 'Little Chef' just south of Lamberhurst. It's quite often used by Motorbikes to meet up for their early morning 'Sunday runs'.

This will be absolutely heaving this weekend as it is the anual May Day Run to Hastings (Honestly, you cannot believe the amount of bikes that are going to decend on Hastings this Bank Holiday Monday).

Okay for the brain dead !!!! only joking...

The meeting spot is Junction 4 M25. Then follow the A21 into Bromley for aprox 1 mile. On your right in Pratts Bottom ( not a made up name!) is a large ESSO petrol station. Is that clear? Just to make sure see below:

Enjoy your run today Kris http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

I was one of the guy's with Darren S this morning at the Oakdean http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif - talked about the Hop Farm... incidentally hope you didn't come back via it, someone had a nasty spill on the last East Peckham Bypass Roundabout at about 4pm http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif, very, very busy round here today, lots of errant drivers complete oblivious to everyone else on the road especially 'bikes, makes me glad I can't ride one.

KRIS 01 May 2000 10:54 PM
