V21 Broadband £7.99 a month
 

Just if anyone is after a cheap supplier. I've been with V21 for 4 years now and recently moved to an area where I could upgrade to broadband. There is a setup fee (BT fee about £40'ish) and the lite package gives us a 2mb connection and 2gb per month limit - fine for normal use, my other half works from home 5 days a week using this. Normal fee is £9.99 but we've opted to have our phone calls routed through Freetalk (V21 either own or are a partner) which saves money on the BT calls and gives a £2.00 discount on our broadband. Freetalk for us was free to setup as we're V21 customers. UK Customer support and tech support although the tech support is 50p per min.
V21 also run their own customer bulletin board for customer whinges and issues and the support chaps monitor post and offer advice/solve problems.

Service over the last 4 years has been very good other than a tech issue which dogged them 4 yrs ago with occasssional dial up problems and took a couple of months to finally resolve.

I'm using v21 and pay £11.99 for a 2MB service which i think is great value , although there is a 2GB a month limit that's nether bothered me
