Help.... is xbox live still down ?
 

I'm trying to reconnect my home network after all the trouble I've had but my xbox still isn't playing.

can someone tell me if live is still down or not ?

it would seem so

cheers I'll stop pulling my hair out until I know it's up again

Could they be getting things in place for the 360 !

Microsoft has announced that Xbox Live and Xbox.com will be unavailable for twenty-four hours on October 24 while they undergo maintenance and preparation for respective relaunches.

Xbox.com is set to receive a whole new look with more emphasis on the Xbox 360. Users will be able to use a new My Xbox feature that will integrate Xbox 360, Xbox Live and Xbox.com. Xbox 360 users will be able to view 360 gamer cards for themselves and their friends. Gamers will also be able to see if their friends are online.

Xbox Live "will also be ready to support all the great new Xbox 360 features."

The services should be up and running again on October 25.

since the problem I had with my new router I've put my system back to how it was to test the xbox live speed but with it being down at the moment I'm sitting on my hands.

:( oh well I should get it sometime today.

Made full use of live yesterday after 4months without it!


got myself up to a rank 14 on halo 2 from a 4 in about 6 hours, not bad!! :D
