Loaded up my new Nano with tunes, but some albums are louder than others - whats the best way to get everything around the same level?

I think you need to do a couple of things:

1) In iTunes, go into Preferences, then Playback and enable the "Sound Check" option, this will balance out the level of the songs.

2) On the iPod, in settings, turn Sound Check on.

3) I *think* you might then need to copy the songs from iTunes over to the iPod again.
