How about a spot of Karting then?
Cost around £30 each for a group of 10.
An endurance event at G -force gives us 15m pratice with a 1 hr endurance race. In teams of two you have to make pit stops for driver change over etc winning teams get a solid silver trophy and bubbly:luxhello: to spray over the spectators.
G-force is located at littlemill nr pontypool and has a 500m outdoor circut with a car park and tea /burger wagon, all safety equipment is provided so no hidden extras:Suspiciou
It is an outdoor circut so racing in the wet is on the cards (if you can handle it) and of course if its raining.
The event will take place on a sat or sun, no date in mind at the mo but post if your interested and we will see what developes.
There is also a nice little pub just up the road with a big car park and good food ( just right for gloating, biggest drift etc;) )
We can make this a cracking day if we try so get ur names down:D :D :D

I did a Grand prix at the newport indoor kart centre a couple of weeks back and it was a top day!!! (Came second out of 25 ):notworthy

never tried karting in the rain count me in :)

Never done outdoor karting, did an indoor endurance at the "Raceway" in Avonmouth - our team came 3rd (http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/images/icons/icon13.gif) but I achieved personal glory with fastest lap overall (http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/images/icons/icon14.gif).

Visited the venue to-day and its an excellent circut with lots of different curves and bends, a good challenge not just round and round:thumb: boy o boy was it slippery in the wet!!!!!
We have 15 names down showing interest so its time to put your name down to attend this event .
Cost will be £30 each and i will require a £10 deposit to secure the booking leaving £20 to pay on the day.
This event will take place on the 26th of november (saturday) due to the pub just up the road not doing bar snacks etc on a sunday.
Ive picked this date so as to give plenty of notice to everyone , sorry if this date is no good for some people but trying to find a date that suites everyone will be a mare.:cry:
