You are to scared to run higher boost. lol

Should run 1.6-1.8 bar shouldnt it? Any more and it will spit your std 2.5 out :D

? A VF28 drives my 2.5 just fine at 1.4 Bar and that's only a small turbo.

You cant safely go above about 2 bar without cast iron sleeve liners on that engine.

No, it just depends on how much risk you want to take.

I have the stage 3 axis power racing block which is much stronger than a virgin 2.5l and I believe them when they say these engines will not handle very high boost 30+ PSI reliably without ductile iron sleeves.

I have had one go on me & dont want another !

Your turbo will flow up to 2 bar of boost. Your standard 2.5 may not take it but your 2.5 will die before your turbo

Then again you never listen so free bttt for ya :D
