Flamer help

I've had a flamer kit fitted (thanks Cornelius) but i'm not getting any flames, the kit is working and i have a full decat (3 cats) but still with the resonator, what i was wondering was is there anything else i need to do to get flames.

Cheers in advance
Granby

You need to wire it to the same circuit as the neons and the sub-woofer.
Have you got your chav hat on correctly?
HTH

but seriously, I am sure you have a valid reason for fitting it, try a Max-Power type site for advice.

You probably know this, but you do know that the are illegal to use on the road. I also think that are illegal to be fitted to a car that is used on the road. Not sure on that last one, but I seem to remember a post about some jobsworth getting all excited about booking someone who had one of these...

Tis just a thought, just don't make it obvious that you have fitted one :)

I heard that it takes a bit of time to start working properly. 2-3 days of use perhaps???? When did you have it fitted? Don't know why this is the case but have read that somewhere :)

I've had it fitted about a week but have not used it much.

Just remember that if you ever come on here and grumble about fuel prices people are going to laugh at you ;)

You may actually get better advice from somewhere like corsanet (I think thats the name). They are more likely to have experience at this. I know that there is one other member here that has a flamer kit, but he was given a lot of grief, not sure if he is still about (I forget his name).
