I'm sure it's more to do with the risk of being sued by some arsey parent, and the massive public liability insurance that would entail ...

As has been said ............ it's purely and simply the compensation culture generated by these tossers running the claims services!
Pete |
What pisses me off is the chav ******* ******** who put them in their gardens and keep the generators running till 12 at night. Then they are the first to moan when you shoot it from an upstairs window

It's your own fault for living near chavs, L101 ;)

Oh we have porsche and ferrari driving chavs near me with big enough gardens for bouncy castles
Still, I am the one with the Subaru :o |
When my son was younger he went to a party that had a bouncy castle and he fell off and hurt his back, he couldnt walk far for a couple of days but soon made a full recovery. Did I sue the parents, no. Why? Because he is a child and children get hurt all the time. Just because you ban bouncy castles they will find something else to hurt themselves on ffs. All this sueing business is turning us into America.
