**** STAFFS MEET - SEPT 22nd ****
 

Evening all, warm night.....!

We are having a meet on Thursday, September 22nd at 8pm at the Shirehorse pub at the end of A34 stafford, next to new audi garage.

There's usually 6 or 7 of us that meet up for a pint, chat and convoy.

Would be good to get a few more attendees, normally a good laugh with a good bunch o' lads.

Picked up my tsl downpipe and eibachs this evening,just got to fit them now:rolleyes:

Make sure you get them the right way around, on the impreza's the longer ones go on the BACK. There is a slight size difference in the diameter of the bottom of the springs.

Would love to come down in the new one, but unfortunatley got engine problems, which is gonna involve a engine strip down... while its apart gonna add a few bits, as you do... going for headers, down pipe, head work, bigger injectors and FMIC, possibley a even bigger Turbo???... All this because of a faulty/noisey bottom end bearing...Doh!!!
Gonna cost around the 2K ish mark so gonna be off the road for a couple of months...
Might be getting a Corsa at weekend to run around in??? Oooooo, nasty... 1.2... be worth the wait...
Going for 450-500bhp... All in the hands of my wallet and Teg sport now...

Will be able to make it if it's on the thursday. Also my mate should have his new clutch in by thursday so will be able to join us in his bug eye.

yep, hardly any of us have scoobs anymore.

How did sunday go ?

Saw your car, but it didn't set a time.

We all drive scoobs, but, we encourage any other motors EXCEPT for Volvo T5's, especially white ones..........;) to attend.

What you driving mate and we'll keep an eye out for ya?

Skoosh... swapped the car private, one of them things mate... I still got the better deal... I would pop down in the Corsa 1.2, but it would take forever... only 4 speeder too... It's gonna get me from A to B for now, but the Scoob will be back better than ever soon... can't wait...
It's one of them things you don't wanna happen, but while its apart... you can bull the misses saying it needs this and that... and hay presto.... another 50-100bhp...
Get the wheels too while its off the road... can use the Corsa now to go work, so no need to use the Scooby for short 1 mile journeys which ain't good for it...

Im still up for this. Converted my knocklink to a remote knock link last sat...much tidier now and i dont have to take my eye off the road to see it now!
