End of season Southern/Wycombe meet. 16th October

Right now that the season is coming to a close  This is probably the last event of the season that we'll be doing up at the Fleur de lise in Stokenchurch

The pub is just off of junction 5 of the M40 for the people who don't know. Please see the map below ;)

It was made for the 15th as I have been asked to arrange a car meet and autojumble etc to coincide with the village fete kind of thing, they want to fill all greens etc. I will ask them if they want to change to sunday, but can't see it myself as its a parish thing and that damn church thing rules as far as they are concerned, i will get back to you on this, if it comes to if we will have something both days :)

Swen6 14 September 2005 01:51 PM

Ok thanks Nicky

Hey mate, sorry not posted earlier, but its swiss, the one with all the dents in his car. Didnt get your real name (nor your mate who came with you in the subaru jacket), but it was fun chatting to you guys and having a chat about total bollix :D makes for a change !! (though i have similar conversations with my 2 yr old)
The type R is sweet, thx for letting me have a sit in her and for showing off with your fancy bolt off steering wheel !!
Dont worry about those people who think you have a RB5, he was distracted by his kerbed wheels and was having an off day :D he does know a lot about scoobs REALLY..

lets hope you make it to the last meet of the year.
I might (fingers crossed and not tempting fate with my luck) have the scoob back sans dents and dings...

cya then
Chris

v5 man 15 September 2005 10:23 PM

another pop at the Wycombe big boy!!!!!!! Remember Swiss cottage, there are consequences to all your actions, this one could result in a Big Boy special chinese burn for you!!!:D:D:D

Budgie 15 September 2005 10:54 PM

it amazes me how popular you are cliff :notworthy

Are you sure he knows alot about Scooby's?, ok how about those concrete things that run along the edge of the road:D.

I don't think he does or he'd have know that alloy doesn't stand a chance....
Come to think about it Cliff were you playing around and not looking where you were going when you did it???, I remember Chris mentioning something similar when you were driving his....Ford Focus + Roundabout + Not Looking x Luck = Jammy bugger?

Mark [The lad with me was Martin, he's already discussing with the missus about another Scoob]

Adz Turbo 18 September 2005 07:10 PM

Woops! That wheel wont be doing a lot anymore!

v5 man 18 September 2005 07:28 PM

unfortunately that wheel must have been frail, like Paul Davies, and now its rather bent......................like Paul Davies:D:D:D

Anyone need 3 RS-GT alloys?:D

Swen6 18 September 2005 11:15 PM

Cliff, you and Paul could start a new club, with the theme of three good wheels and one 'enhanced':D

Edmondo 18 September 2005 11:16 PM

Just put up on SWS Site Cliff..........Another end of season meet....getting a bit brave coming out in the cold at your time of life:D :D :D .........Winter heating allowance doesn't stretch to the Scoob mate:D :D .......I expect Jacqui and I will pop along to say hello..........you aint gonna be the Wycombe big boy in that cold weather mate:D :D

Adz Turbo 20 September 2005 01:51 PM

Is it all still going ahead? And have we got a lot of people coming?

NJ. 20 September 2005 03:16 PM

Can now confirm the 16th is still good for us at the pub, will just be a pure scooby meet, as I suspected the parish council will not change to the sunday for the village fete.

Yes this is still going ahead :D We had quite a fair few cars at the last one the other week but that was probably a fluke. We had about 70 cars!
