a mid wales run and it is time to have another.
the dates i have in mind are sunday october 9th/16th/23rd/or the 30th.

30th probably not a good idea as that is when the clocks change, and hence the chance of someone turning up at the wrong time. Not for a moment am I intimating that you lads are absent-minded but even the best of us sometimes forget (unless of course, like me, you have an atomic clock).
