Ohm reading for MAF (Urgent)

Guys,

A quick question for you, what should the Ohm reading be for a MAF sensor please on a MY99 uk Turbo (RB5).

Cheers
Matt

Whats a standard reading at a idle tick over please.

Okay if nobody can provide a voltage reading then maybe somebody could tell me this.

Should the car keep running when the maf sensor has been disconnected.

Symptons are

Hunts iratically when cold
splutters all the time when driving at a constant spped or when accelerate slow or fast.
It doesn't stall at all though.

Suggestions pleaseee

I get a reading of 1275mv on warm idle. - On a Power FC

May well be the MAF - If you haven't ever had a replacement one, it may be a good idea to get one - The later MAF's have a green dot on the sensor body, and are supposed to be more resilient than the originals.

Try resetting the ecu by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, then see what it idles like straight after reconnecting - The standard ecu has a habit of 'masking' a failing airflow sensor, which becomes very obvious after a reset.

:)
