. . for a while at least!

Guys and gals,

I have been a member of this community since I bought a second-hand Scooby in January of this year. I was in the UK for a year to complete an MBA, which I have now (hopefully) done. The Scoob is now sold and I am on the move.

I will be getting married in the Netherlands this coming Saturday (from where I am typing this) and then will be off for a three month tour of the Indian sub-continent. A couple of weeks in the Maldives (Atharuga) will be a welcome wind down at the end of it all.

Hope to start working in the Netherlands in January 2001, when I will pick up the reigns of Scooby ownership once more.

Thank you all for contributing to a great BBS that made my one year of studying in the UK so much more fun and allowed me to further enjoy being a proud Scoob owner through useful advice.
Keep up the good work and don't pi$$ Simon off too much, as I would like Scoobynet to still be here when I get back!

Sorry to see you go, but look forward to seeing you back in 2001.

All the best to you both on Saturday - it's a great day, believe me. We got married in April and spent 2 weeks in the Maldives (North Atoll) - it was the best holiday we've ever had, no-where will EVER compare to it.

To paraphrase from the oldie song "Spanish Eyes",

"this is adios and not goodbye".

Although I thought they both meant the same thing (presumably Hasta Luego didn't scan)!
