Service consumables + oils
 

Can anyone on here supply me(or point me in the direction of someone who can)with all the service bits to swap the oil/gearbox oil on my99 sti 5 type r,i could no doubt get the engine oil(mobil 1 or similar) and filter myself but haven't a clue regarding which type of gearbox oil i need and how many litres come to think of it(car is heavilly tweaked producing proven 384bhp)not sure if that should influence brand of oils/oil filter i should use???
