Protech Bristol

Just wondering if anybody has used these and are they any good

TyPe~~R 30 August 2005 07:01 PM

Alot of mixed reponse i should imagine. Most people in bristol I know would'nt touch them with a barge pole lol. They used to be good in the old days but they apparentley changed owners/management. They have a tendancy to blow your car up, or fit it with expensive parts you dont need or just generally do a half-job, leaving oil caps off etc....

There are plenty tales of their poor work on the UJCC forum;

Yea I think there pretty good but a little expensive. I know one of the mechanics there and he does all the work on my scoob, cant fault the guy!

They did the sva work on my jdm wrx for car imports direct no problems apart from taking half a day to fit a new rear light which was cracked when i picked the car up.
I asked them for a price to fit a boost guage and they wanted a lot of money to do it.Phil have you tried hayline in cardiff?
