Cheap webcams at Homebase
 

I bought a couple of webcams from Homebase this lunchtime. Not a brilliant specification, but USB (1.1?), 640*480, record, security record, works with MSN Messenger etc. isn't bad and they were only £9.99 a pair.

At a fiver each, that's a bargain :)

Now trying to come up with 1001 fun uses in the office ;)

These were from Homebase at the Tame Valley estate in Tamworth - but prolly other stores as well.

What fps @ 640*480 ? Though you cant really argue at £5/cam !

Can get an Eyetoy cheap now, they are v good quality webcams :)

I'll have a look in the morning (i left 'em in the office).

BTW, this Fri/Sat is "10% off day", so you can get the pair for only NINE quid!!!!
