Dozy Tax credit people have just deposited £6k into my Bank Account !:eek: When I told em my yearly earning's they missed a nought out

Do you think I should tell them ?
Will I have to pay it back ?
Shall I leave the country :D

Useless bunch of knobheads, we were getting 177 quid a month, my mate and his missus were getting a lot less even though they were earning less, I dilligently told them my income each year then they said I should have never got any and will take the lot back !

Ring them, they will catch up eventually and grab it back and you will have spent it so it will be very hard to give back.

When they ask for it back how do they stipulate you pay it back ? lump sum or weekly payments

I could use it as a interest free loan :D

If you are not entitled to it and they dont pay you anymore they will reclaim it by changing your tax code so you will pay more tax. I have had untold problems with them.

Do a runner abroad and give me your A4
