Two tyres were illegal. The 1.5mm he let him off with - the one with no tread he gave him points for. The guy obviously didnt maintain his vehicle and Im sure you wouldnt be too happy if lost control of his car due to a blowout or similar and crashed into you.

I honestly cant believe how muppets like you can criticise police for doing that.
