Best CTR widescreen TV

Looking for a widescreen TV and would like to have the following..

32" CRT
100Htz
Digital and Analoge tuner
Silver (no black bits or too wide a border)
At least 2 scarts

Saw a panasonic but it was only 50 htz. Anyone recomend anything??
