Gran Canaria, or anywhere else in the Canary Islands. Malta is nice too, not sure what the weather will be like at that time of year though!

Sharm el Sheik on Egypt's Red Sea Coast or the Far East ( maybe Phuket in Thailand or Singapore) Alternatively, Florida. Have been to all of them many times.

We've just come back from a week in Nerja, Spain and it was fantastic. Not red hot but just right and a superb resort with everything you could possibly need.
