P910i sync problems
 

For some reason when I put my P910i in the cradle neither my laptop nor desktop will recognise it. When I take it out, the things start trying to connect to it.

I've just had the phone swapped, so I've ruled out that, and I've got two cradles so I can rule out a dodgy cradle.

Any ideas coz it's driving me mad!? :mad:

uninstall the drivers and sync software and do a fresh install.

Also do a search on here as somebody had a similar problem recently.

download the correct usb drivers from the SE website- I had this problem myself.

Have done that.

It will now connect to the phone straight away, but the little P910i icon won't come up so I can't do anything with it.

It would appear it's something to do with Zonealarm!!

I've just shut that down and now it connects first time.

Any suggestions?? :confused:
