Try Insure Direct (in Yellow Pages), they beat my Admiral renewal by £130. The car is UK spec but as I said in a previous post they are Scooby friendly so WRXs should not be a snag.
Premium came out at £520ish fully comp protected for my wife and myself only to drive.

If you can wait a week, please do.

I have just had a meeting with Silverstone Insurance about a club scheme.

The policies will be underwritten by Norwich Union. Most mods and track cover are OK and they will give £35 off the lowest price we can get out of them (by way of a voucher they will give to every club member).

We will have a dedicated number to call, early next week and full details will be in the next issue of True Grip.

I should add, that you will be asked for your SIDC member number when calling, the scheme will only be available for club members.

Please don't post loads of questions here, there isn't more to add. The rest will be between you and them, when you call.

OPI won't insure anyone under 30 on an import.

Back to the drawing board........
