have you checked the fuel pump?

uk.steve 16 July 2005 09:13 PM

fuel is getting to the engine. took pipe off n into a bottle and on turnover fills the bottle, and ive check the spark plugs. does scoobies have a fuel cut-off switch??? as i hit the left eyebolt quite hard when i piulled into a layby b4 hand got 500m b4 engine died.

Engine coolant temperature sensor. I bet it will start from cold but not from hot or semi warm.

pressed the fuel cut switch, checked fuses. and still no joy.
starts for a couple of seconds and then dies. so will have try and take it to a garage. AA came out and couldnt fix it. didnt help that he's never work on 1 b4!!!!
