PPP Downpipe to 3" centre de-cat

I'm getting a PPP sportscat/downpipe and I want to buy a centre de-cat off someone on here (make unknown) will they fit each other or am I wasting my time/money?

The PPP d/pipe will mate to a std newage Subaru short centre section (if you have a UK car).

The centre section will need a CEL fix to stop the 2nd O2 sensor from throwing a fit.
The Prodrive centre section has an extended boss to cure this.
Other makes may need an electronic CEL fix to cure the problem.
What age/type is your car?

It's an MY04 WRX. Already have a PPP backbox on it. have bought a sports cat downpipe from a PPP Sti and wanted to remove the centre section cat. I would prefer something to just bolt straight on rather than pissing about with cel fixes etc.

/edit....to clarify, I was going to buy this http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=434335

but I'm not sure if it's suitable being a 3" system (and the cel fix also puts me off)

Should I just try to find a pro-drive part or are there other options? (I don't want a loud system, just one I can hear and enjoy)

isnt the PPP system 2.5"?
in which case get a 2.5" centre section.
CEL fix is no bother
