coilover covers good or bad???
Hi all,
Anyone have any coments on these do you need them??.Reason for asking is I've had to replace all 4 of my Leda coilovers because all of mine had broken and they had the covers on them,All the cr*p had gathered inside them and and it seems to be the reason for them breaking. Now have Eibac on.Cheers |
Coil-overs are for the enthusiast.
Set up carefully with the right spring rate they can be fine (firm) on the road. Go too stiff and they will be a pig. They can be sorted well. Graham. |
Coilovers need to be cleaned on a regular basis, so I'd have thought it was a bad idea to cover.
That reminds me I must clean mine at the weekend and re-oil the threads :) |
I was once about to buy a set...but after doing some reading and searching here decided against it....
