WR1, STI 7, EVO MR 400, 890bhp Skyline
The location ... Southend 1:00am Saturday morning
The cars .... 1) Impreza STi WR1 2) Impreza STi version 7 3) Mitsubishi MR 400 4) Tommi Kaira Nissan Skyline GTR - 890bhp! The pictures .... http://www.nevetas.co.uk/modules.php...view_photo.php http://www.nevetas.co.uk/modules.php...view_photo.php http://www.nevetas.co.uk/modules.php...view_photo.php http://www.nevetas.co.uk/modules.php...view_photo.php http://www.nevetas.co.uk/modules.php...view_photo.php http://www.nevetas.co.uk/modules.php...view_photo.php I spent an awesome Friday night/saturday morning in the company of the above cars. This impromtu gathering was nothing to do with whos was quickest but everything to do with appreciating automotive excellance and the unique drives of all of these cars. I want to say a big thankyou to Neil, Steve and Robbroy for a really memorable evening. Especially to Steve who made pretty much every one of us feel physically sick with the sheer power of his 890bhp skyline (once owned by Tommi Kaira himself.) The fact that we all went out in each others cars and talked about the differences and similarities was for me the essence of what being a petrol-head is all about. We all knew whos was quickest and was the most trick but the whole point was about appreciation of being lucky enough to own these cars and be in situations such as this. Apologies for the darkness of the pics but it was 3:00am!!! :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy |

Very nice mate, I do like those 400 Evo's. Very Stealthy Listy This particular Evo is prob the best example I've seen ... White with an overdose of Carbon Fibre. For Mitsubishi to give a car with that sort of power a 3 year warranty something is very wrong with Subaru ... our equivalent top model with a 3 year warranty only being able to produce 320bhp. I'm liking the twin plate clutch and alcon brakes as standard too. The guy who owns it is a true petrol head - loves all motors and drives the mitsi like it should be driven! :notworthy |
cool photos :) nice
