Need a bespoke exhaust maker.....

Not for a scoob or performance car but an Old Camper van. One of my sales guys Camper van requires a new exhaust/downpipe, dealers as usual can't be arsed and are just saying that they can't be gotten anymore.

The vehicle is only 16 years old.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Theres a firm in Sheffield on Corporation Street Mikey. Theres an added bonus in that a blowjob only costs about £5 there too...(on Corporation St. not at the exhaust company).

Wouldnt recommend powerflow as retro al said, they use very poor quality stainless steel and seen some horror pics of powerflow boxes all rusty after 6 months or so of use.

Try these people. http://www.jpexhausts.co.uk/

MIJ Performance in Walsall.
I recommend them highly, did a wicked handmade system on my VR4 - high quality work, TD304 s/steel, very competitive and friendly. Check out the owners 915bhp Skyline too ;)

Pumpkin 01 June 2005 09:21 PM

I'd recommend John at JP exhausts as well.

They are just a Longlife franchise though, similar to Powerflow

Another vote from me for MIJ Performance in Walsall had a few cars done by them and loads of friends who have had them do work to there cars and there work is top class, there 915bhp skyline is worth the trip to see in the flesh. :)

Another recommend here too, my Scoob's exhaust is still like new after 5 years of use'n'abuse:)

CrisPDuk 02 June 2005 10:16 AM

BTW, you don't say what sort of camper van, if it's based on a standard van i.e: Transit, Ducato, etc, I would imagine you could get one of the shelf anyway.

Andy Tang 02 June 2005 02:25 PM

Don't companies like German Swedish & French or Euro Car Parts supply these exhausts off the shelf.

Olly 02 June 2005 05:38 PM

Another for JP Exhausts of Macclesfield.

The twin stainless system has been on my Capri for 15 years with no problems.

Hanslow 03 June 2005 02:14 PM

Have they got any on here ? http://www.needforspeed.co.uk/
