It's bladdy well not Martin, i accidently hit Mr C's metal tool box reversing it out of our garage, Mr C was not very impressed with me especialy as i accidently smashed my bedroom window a couple of days before hand, i was on the wrong side of being tipsy, shall we say ( a very long story) anyway Mr C has now forgiven me and has allowed me to drive MY car once again.:)

Accommodation
At the time of writing we are about to move into a newly fabricated camp (The Shanyrak Village). The following is based on information provided to us from PFD.

The camp consists of fourteen annexes joined by a central dome. The annexes provide the living accommodation for between 1,500 and 2,500 people. Ex-pats have their own room with en-suite facilities, Kazakh nationals share.

The camp has a gym, bar, canteen, take away and billiard room.

Your own room has an en suite shower, TV and refrigerator.
The Weather
During the winter months (October – February) the temperature can go as low as -35 deg C; on some parts of the site the temperature has been reported as low as -45 deg C.

In summer (June – August) temperatures can be as high as +40 Deg C.

Are shy newbies with completely standard cars welcome?! I'd like to come along and have a look at/listen to what exhausts people have on their Scoobies, as I think that is definitely going to be the first thing I change.

lordharding 05 June 2005 06:11 PM

Hi Lord

you must be a distant relative !!!

We welcome all newbys and scooby virgins to the TTS

We will advise you on reducing your wifes housekeeping and opening secret bank acounts and assisting you with stories of

It was done under warrenty

Manufactuers safety recall/modifiction

It will help with fuel economy

it will make it cheaper to run #

insurance company made it necessary

we will also advise where to hide things in the house

(ninnybobs will give clear direction on this) :D:D:D

look forward to seing you

are you up for the NBO 3 ?

Ninnybobs 05 June 2005 09:24 PM

I am the MASTER

So far .........I have blagged from the missus .........
A Front Mount Intercoller as a warrenty recall on sub-standard radiator.
A dump valve (also warrenty, as the other one didn't make the right noise)
A decat exhaust (to aid emmissions)
A tek 3 remap (to help fuel consumption)

I also have a big wardrobe to hide things in.....but I am struggling to get a set of 18" wheels in there un-noticed ;)

Hope to see you all on Tuesday

Martin

GraemeR 05 June 2005 11:00 PM

I'll be there, c u all on tuesday night

mickywrx 06 June 2005 01:15 PM

Life's not fair! I won't be able to make as there are some gearbox issues that won't go away. Finding two teeth off fifth gear whilst changing the oil in the box is my complaint. Will be at the NBO, it should last that run out, so I'll see y'all then.

harvey 06 June 2005 02:55 PM

Lordretsudo:You will be most welcome. Tuesday night around 19:30.
The Dun Cow. Bournmoor. It will be up the A19 for you. Between Houghton le Spring and Chester le Street. If you need better directions, post on here. Come over and introduce yourself, I am in a silver WRX Wagon.

I will have plenty NF this time for those that need it.

mal 06 June 2005 04:00 PM

Will be there in the yellow peril STI still for sale.

Mal.
