1: It reads to me that they were actually speeding but that there was insufficient warning between the change in limit sign and the camera van. Most of them wouldn't notice this.

2: Someone didn't roll over ;)

If such an individual exisits (and it's only a matter of time before one does with these constent fook ups) then I hope that individual claims hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of damages from the Scamership, especially if they lost their job/home/family etc.

Like to see them get out of that one. I suppose if they are acting on behalf of the CoP, the buck stops there.........but somebody needs to hit them good and hard, right where it hurts - in the wallet.
