I won't get into what happened when I traded my old motor in yesterday but the dealer (who will remain nameless - otherwise I guess the thread will be zapped!) put me through seven hours of grief.

Situation fixed largely because of Kev and Andy taking the time to come off their lunch hours and road test my car, write me a letter with their opinion that there was nothing wrong with the car and the assurance that they would back me up if and when it went legal (which it very nearly did).

I will be up later to thank you both in person.


Customer service - They did what they did for nothing. Turned away work that I asked them to do for peace of mind (I didnt think there was a fault but a subaru offical was telling me so who was I to arque?), they could have took the job on and charged for it. They didn't. I think that speaks volumes for their honesty and integrity.


Some of the main dealers could learn a lot about customer service from you guys. They probably won't but there we go. :Whatever_

So hats off to you chaps!
