ANOTHER BYE BYE TO Liverpool Victoria
 

I had a really tough year last year. Up until then I had no claims for 9 years. Last year my MR2 Turbo was stolen in August and I had an accident which is in dispute in October. Liverpool Victoria last year assured me that they were covering all of my modifications on my MR2 (I had £16000 worth on it) but of course when it came to the payout my first quote from them was £3000 as a payout figure. I finally got them to £10,750 before I took it to the ombudsman service and it is still going through red tape.

Well, ive just received my renewal from L&V, last year i paid £900, this years quote £1480 (think they want me to leave).

Ive just phoned them, to ask about the increase..??

their response - I'm Sorry that is just our price.



I phoned Rob at A'Plan .....and they quoted £1100.00 with full protected no claims.

Liverpool Victoria are loosing customers very quickly. I can rememeber about 2 years ago when they dint mind about mods and you could do anything to your enigne. but they soon changed that :(
