Does anybody know where you can pick up a cam belt and tensioners for a decent price, my 94 uk wagon is due a change but have been quoted over 300 quid just for the parts!

Thats the wrong tensioner for the early engine.....

Seems alot cheaper or do you need more than one tensioner?

RON 19 May 2005 09:49 PM

nope, just the one, but there is also an idler wheel i believe, you need to understand these things really, i know the phase 2 engines a bit better, but not well enough yet!

The idler pulleys are bl**dy expensive as well
