Microsoft hacked?

I've just tried several Microsoft web pages and none of them are loading up, MSN Messenger is down as well. Have they been hacked?

Have you tried using a different Internet connection? maybe it's your end or your ISP?

I think our IT person has been messing about with security settings on the firewall.

We've been swamped with loads of German spam emails recently thanks to a new version of the Sober worm and the IT bod has been trying to deal with it, i get the feeling they don't know what they are doing :(

MSN and xbox live went down a while ago now :( wonder whats up :confused:
