XP confused

Just gone on XP (yes Im slow) the problem is I have two user accounts, not sure how I got this but how do I get rid of one. On start up I get a prompt for windows xp one on top of the other, one has got my programmes on and the other has internet connection only. Is it easy to remove the 2nd. HELP

As long as you've got admin rights, go to control panel, user accounts, and delete the one you don't want
