Is there a well used forum for IPod users?

I quite recently bought an IPod Photo 60gb and, other than battery life on long flights am very happy with it.
On further reading of the manual, I realized I could also download all my contacts from "Outllook" to the Ipod. Did this and although it suggests they have transferred I cannot access them ( I can only see sample plus instructions.) Any ideas OR does anyone know an IPod forum where I could ask?

ipodlounge.com is where you need to be. BTW what problems are you getting on long flights? I have an iPod Photo 60gig too and that is 15hour battery life.

Thanks for info. Regarding battery life, I only seem to get 5 or 6 hours I believe.

Thats odd. Do you have the backlight on constantly or are you running slideshows? The battery life is 5-6 hours if you run a slideshow with TV output but just for listening to music you should easily get more than 12.

I easily get 14-15 hours on my 60gb iPod photo. As mentioned above, check that you do not have the backlight on all the time....
