Anti Lock Braking System

Hi,

Can someone please help me.

I've got a 1993 Jap Import WRX.

The anti lock braking light has been showing on my dash and then a strange noise comes from the car, like a ticking.

When I remove the anti lock braking block from the engine bay, then replace, the noise disappears and the light goes out.

Any ideas?
