Monitoring servers and event logs

What do you use for monitoring your Servers, Event logs, replication errors, Exchange errors.

Do you have any realtime software that informs of errors as they happen, before they happend would be nice :D

We have about 35 in total across 6 sites, all are Windows 2000 or 2003.

I'm looking at GFI Security Event Log Monitor but we are looking at about 2k :eek:

you can do it via scripts, or consider sending them as SNMP?

Big Brother professional edition here ( mixed env , 100+ servers )
