If i mark an address as 'Spam' does that mean that the sender will get it returned to them???

Also, apart from deleting someone from my phones memory, is there an easy way to stop me recieving texts/calls from them???

I don't think yahoo returns spam to sender when you mark it as spam, I think they just use it to tune their spam filters.

If you delete them from your phone's memory, you'll still get calls and texts from them, but you'll just not know it's them - unless you recognise the number of course.

RON, on yahoo mail you can block addresses on the options menu. I blocked my ex and I don't recieve anything from him now. I don't know if it gets returned undelivered though....

As for the phone, if they keep sending you texts and calling you report them for harrassment to both your network and theirs. Or just ignore them and hope they stop! :)

Not going into details, but suffice to say you're not a million miles off..
