Zerosports ECU S.P.Datar

What the hell is this ECU that is fitted to my MY98 WRX?

Is it mappable in the UK or is it a bin and replace item?

If it is a piggyback chip in the original ecu i believe it can be remapped by some of the guys on here. My 96 sti2 came over with a zerosports chip in it but on the rollers it was detting like mad so i had it removed and binned which made the car a lot slower, wish i'd done a bit more digging and had it remapped to uk fuel. Why not ask some of the ecu guys on here what they think? try andy f. for some info

Can you have a piggyback ecu with the 98 cars?

Dunno m8, my car was 96. I've heard that zerosports are very good with scoobs and practically the jap version of prodrive
