Rear Wiper on the blink

Hi

My rear windscreen wiper has given up the ghost, the water jets still work, so I don't think it's the fuse. There is no noise at all from the unit when you turn it on.

Can anyone assist me in where to get a new one apart from the obvious dealer, and how to fit it?

Cheers

Check the fuse first mate the washer jet will be seperate from the wiper motor

Exactly same fault with mine - the fuse is OK, ive tried another motor (from the breakers) Ive got 12V at the motor but no good - i must admit I need to test the latest motor direct to the battery, so I will be doing that shortly - let me know what you found, and ill let you know if it was a dud motor on mine.

Thanks for both replies, gonna have to look into it.

Can't remember if it's an MOT failure or not, anyone?

LOL, That reminds me, I have had my car for a while now and still have no clue as to howto get my rear wiper to work, I have tried the wiper stick on the steering wheel all directions but still no joy,. maybe they took it off somewhere along the line during one of its modifications
