Bung for HKS Hiper TI-Tip exhaust for classic

As above really, I think one from a new age would probably be the same.
Cash waiting.

drilling the titanium for the bung would be 'interesting' ;)
The steel one was a mean bugger as its so thick..

Hi Chrome,
Already has a hole (as standard I think).Just as well as my mechanical skills are non-existent car wise.
(maintain my bikes ok with a bit of help from my friends;))
Phoned GG, cannot buy a bung seperately unless you have the original bill of sale...................ho hum.

Cheers,John

surely thats bollocks mate??

I bought my Hiper 2nd hand.
GGR sold me the bung approx 10 months after I got the exhaust 2nd hand.. (and the zorst wasnt from GGR)
they sold it to me NO BOTHER AT ALL.

Surely the ti-tip bung (same part no??) is the same??>?

John

Phone GGR and ask for Part Number 3306-RA071 (£25 + VAT) you will need to modifiy it to get it to fit the Ti-Limited though, but thats really easy to do, basically you remove the bottom ring on the bung to allow you to install it.

Ian you're a star:) I'll give it a go.
Apparently HKS (according to GGR) are very wary now about selling bits seperately this is a recent thing.
Cheers all, John
