The signature damage system has been upgraded again, and now every car component has a weight, and an aerodynamic effect. In addition to the damage sustained from collisions, the cars in ToCA Race Driver 3 can change during a race as fuel burns, tyres warm up, then wear out, the engine warms up, and if the radiator gets blocked or damaged, will slowly overheat.

If you still want the instant thrills of the Race Driver series, that's still there in World Tour mode, where you'll work your way through lots of championships and cars in a quick-fire, no-waiting manner. Or, if you want to go in depth, with optional full length races and qualifying, pick the Pro Career mode. Choose a path in Oval racing, Rallying, Touring Cars, GT and Endurance, Historic Racing, and Open-Wheel, and work your way to the pinnacle of your chosen field of motorsport, whatever that may be.
