Standard Inpreza 17's are shod in 205/45 rubber, which is limited in choice.
Most people opt for 215/40/17's instead where the choice is much greater.

Goodyear Eagle F1's (GS-D3) are superb tyres and have won numerous tests for their ability:D

Johnson Tyres @ Wrexham, they'll send or fit at what looks to be very good prices

They do have a web site and also sell on ebay

Dave,

Try Feltham Tyres (I've never used them, but lots of people have recommended them)

Also try http://www.micheldever.co.uk which is based off M3 Junction 8, a bit of a trek but we saved about £20 using them (including petrol to get there, I'm in Kingston) for two tyres on my wifes Ford Ka.

Recently I have used http://www.camskill.co.uk and I'm very impressed with the prices, especially on the Falken 512 which were highly recommended by other Forester owners. Obviously you have to find a place to fit them and I used Merityre at the bottom of Kingston Hill who were very friendly and it cost about £45 to have them fitted.
