Braided brake lines...........

Hi all

I have just bought a full set of new Goodridge braided hoses off E-bay. The seller said they would fit all Imprezas turbos. My car is a 2001 Impreza P1 with standard calipers on a Godspeed 335mm upgrade kit.

Part number of the 4 lines is SSU-201-4 with model being Subaru Impreza 2.0 Turbo ABS (Rear Discs)

Having looked at the Goodridge site they actually list a part for the Impreza P1, part number SSU-400-4. Doh!!!!!!

Are the ones I have got going to fit?

Cheers

yes they will fit , that is the kit for the classic Impreza's , the later ones have a bracket to bolt it to the front strut instead of a clip

You 'might' have to modify the strut support bit for them to fit properly...... just to make that fact more stupid.... Goodridge know about the problem...

I fitted (well, ok, a mate fitted) a set of Goodridge hoses to my 2000MY imp Turbo a week or so ago, and I can confirm that this stupid fact is stupidly correct.

Daft, innit?
