Selling Concert Ticket on eBay...
 

I thought it was illegal to sell tickets for more than face value as this constitutes "touting" :confused:

Just had a look on eBay and seen all the over inflated prices for U2 tickets for example, and wondered if there was a loophole on eBay ?

I've noticed there isn't an official eBay "area" to sell tickets so presume it is dodgy selling them on there :confused:

AFAIK, it's not against eBay rules but it does contravene the promoter's Ts & Cs (take a look at the back of the ticket - not transferable etc)

I'd say your chances of getting rumbled are zero and wouldn't worry about it. I flogged a Snow Patrol ticket on eBay last year without any problems.
