that's why i thought i'd say hi, because no-one else had yet :) Em |
Do a search for kahn rsr in this section. Comes up with a few links. Only one link has a picture of these wheels. Second one I think. There on a deep red scoob.
Hope this helps |
What colour is ya Scoob first of all??

http://www.showoffyourcar.com//cars/SUBARU/8810.jpg Sorry the pic quality is poor but its only a mock up thats been scanned in..the car looks something like this at present but without the Black wheels and the Sti rear spoiler. Gav |
Now heres the real deal.....this car is BAH's old one...it is imo one of the best looking silver scoobs about. Don't think he will mind me using it as an example.
Stunning.....Gav. http://www.showoffyourcar.com//cars/SUBARU/952.jpg |

Ive got anthracite on my royal silver scooby and they look great, i think dark rims look the best on silver cars

thanx for your replies, i think if you buy big wheels you can t make a bad choice, 18 inch don t scrub arches on classics do they.
|
As long as they are 215/35/18 then you have no Problem, I believe 225/35/18's will though!

With people in the back i get a little bit going around sharp bends fast and over speed bumps. but only a little
|
Silver scoobes black/anthricite rims always look best.......... http://uk.msnusers.com/4r989vcn88spi...pics%20001.jpg http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/images/icons/icon14.gif

my mate has 225 40 17's on his classic and he is getting rubbing on the arches under load
:eek2: thats 17's too!! go for 215's to be safe. I got BK299 golds in 215 40 17's from wheelbase. Silver classics look mint with these. Ive had so many compliments since i bought them. |

Have heard a few bad stories about the chrome lip on the RS-GT Alloys corroding... For that reason, I would now stay away from them, which is a shame as they look really nice!!
I know they arent 18's, but they are Anthracite.. :D http://img.photobucket.com/albums/07...Picture318.jpg Possibly doing a brief wheel swap with a mate who runs a MY99 Royal Silver 4dr so he can see if he could live with the Anthracite Wheels, so if I get any pics of that then I'll fire them up for you to have a look at. Cheers, Grant |
mine and a couple of mates scoobys

*Had to trim bk arches slightly to prevent slight rubbing with 215 tyres on mine.
