Win Xp Start Menu - how to get rid of shortened menus?

Its prob dead easy but I cant for the life of me find the setting. Basically start --> programs only shows recently used programs with an arrow to click on which shows everything. How do I disable this feature and just show all programs all of the time?

right click on start menu bar, go to properties then start menu tab. click customize and uncheck the "use personalised menu " option in the advanced start menu options list

Horrible feature:.one of the very first things I do on new installs is turn personalised menus off.

It sounds like this is a "Marmite" feature! :D
