01 WRX help / advice

I've been offered a 01 ( Y-reg ) bugeye WRX totally standard :-( BUT with 80,000miles....with Full Subaru history...Now, I know this is high mileage but would the engine still be ok.....and IF so what would be the 1st mods to do..????
