What TV capture card?
 

I'm looking to buy a PCI TV capture card to go into a Shuttle system. Ideally it needs to include show shifter style software and be able to input Svideo/componant data and save to an Avi file for later storage.

It seems to be a minefield of possibilities, so anyone got any favourites?
