Legacy buying advice please.....

Hi folks,

My friend is considering buying a Legacy estate to replace his Vectra GSi, is there a FAQ page anywhere that covers all the usual questions:
Twin v single v no turbo
UK v JDM
Fuel octane requirements
Model guides
Performance
Servicing
Common faults
Maual v auto

Just been sarching on here for the last half hour and although there seems to be a plethora of online info for the Impreza, there's not very much for the Legacy. All I've found out about is the VOD!

Any links to useful webpages etc or any other helpful advice (things you wish you'd known when buying) would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

I really know this is not a usefull comment for you.

But my friend just sold his Legacy twin turbo GT and i thought that was the most impressive estate car i have ever been in. Amazing car, apart from the Audi RS6, i think its the best estate on the market :)

Good luck hunting!

Hi DJFish,

I can tell you/friend quite a bit about the Legacy TT from an owners perspective. Just don't ask too many technical questions!

They go like stink and for a big car that is so much fun you'd need to experience it. I can take you for a spin if you are anywhere near London....

Screwd.

PS VOD-shmod. An estate car with a 280bhp powerband. Hilarious.
